Easy Tracker offers Online client management, invoicing & project management for single, small or medium size offices. By visiting or accessing at Easy Tracker, you accept these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
The "User" shall be at least 18 years of age or over to register and avail the services of Easy Tracker. Easy Tracker may terminate the registration of the "User", and any content or information that "User" has posted on Easy Tracker and/or prohibit "User" from using or accessing the Service for any reason including the reasons stated above, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 18 years of age.

Registration
The "User" shall agree to provide true, accurate and current information, as prompted by the registration form of Easy Tracker. The "User" agrees to receive transaction related SMSs from the "Site". The "User" agrees to receive newsletters, information & transaction related Emails from the Easy Tracker. The "User" acknowledges that registration does not guarantee continued or continuous service and also acknowledges that Easy Tracker may terminate the registration at any point of time with or without notice.

Limited Use
The "User" agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this Service. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that the Website is not for commercial use but is specifically meant for personal use only.

Proprietary Rights
All the Content on Easy Tracker whether text, graphics, pictures, video etc. their selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of Easy Tracker, its Users or its licensors with all rights reserved. Any use of Easy Tracker other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the registration granted herein.

Termination
The User should agree that Easy Tracker, at its sole discretion, may terminate the account, password or use of the service, for any reason or if Easy Tracker believes that the user has violated or has acted inconsistently with the spirit of Terms of Usage. Easy Tracker also at its sole discretion and at any time may discontinue providing the service, with or without notice. Upon termination, user's right to use Easy Tracker immediately ceases. Further, the user must agree that Easy Tracker shall not be liable to anyone for any termination of User access to the service.

Limitation of Liability
Easy Tracker is not to be held liable for special, consequential, incidental, indirect or punitive loss, damage or expenses , data, loss of facilities, or equipment or the cost of recreating lost data regardless of whether arising out of a breach of contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise. The User shall agree that Easy Tracker shall not be liable for any damage, monetary loss resulting from transactions resulting to the damage of the User's reputation resulting from bogus entries.

Easy Tracker contains links to third party sites. The linked sites are not under the control of Easy Tracker and Easy Tracker is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in the linked site. Easy Tracker provides these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by Easy Tracker.

Copyrights
Easy Tracker's name is the property of their respective holders. The logos may not be used in any manner without the expressed approval of all or any content featured on Easy Tracker. Without Easy Tracker's permission, the user agrees not to display or use these in any manner. Easy Tracker respects the intellectual property of others. Easy Tracker expects the user to do the same. If the user believes that his/her intellectual property rights have been violated please inform Easy Tracker authorities immediately and provide the following information:

• a description of the copyright that user or owner claim has been in Easy Tracker;
• a description where the material is located on the site;
• complete name, address, telephone number and email address of the owner of the copyrighted material;
• signature, sent electronically or physically, of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;
• a statement by the user or owner that he/she firmly believes that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner;

The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service so that he/she is apprised of any changes.
